Originally from the Oromia region of Ethiopia, it is a special variety, carefully cultivated and naturally processed to bring out its rich and complex flavors. With distinct notes of flowers, red apple, white grapes and caramel, this coffee offers a vibrant and sweet taste experience, reflecting the unique terroir of the Guji area.
The Guji region, located in southern Ethiopia, is known for its ideal Arabica coffee growing conditions, including high altitudes and fertile soils. The meticulous natural processing process includes a careful manual selection of the beans and a long drying on raised beds to bring out the natural characteristics of the coffee.
The Bulehora district, within the Guji area, is famous for its more than 650 small farms, which contribute to the diversity and quality of coffee produced in the region. Due to its altitude between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level, Bulehora coffee offers a distinctive and captivating taste profile.
