BODY AND SWEETNESS ARE THE MOST OBVIOUS ASPECTS IN THIS DECAFFEINIZED COFFEE FROM ETHIOPIA. Jimma has a sweet molasses character with a rich juice-like body with a slightly oily feel. We find notes with accents of peach tea, apples and Bosc pears. After as the coffee cools a bit, notes of roasted carob powder emerge, along with a lingering corn syrup flavor and hints of sweet bread dough. Green berries arrive in Târgu Mureș, where we roast the coffee with great skill so that you can enjoy a freshly roasted specialty coffee of the best quality. And not in lastly, by consuming it you can be sure that some of its value goes back to those wonderful people who put in the effort to produce it.
