X8's versatility will seduce you: it controls the entire range of coffee specialties with milk or milk foam, the entire palette of black coffee specialties and a cup of classic coffee. Plus, it has different hot water temperatures that tea lovers will appreciate.
Its solid, height-adjustable double nozzle makes it possible to simultaneously prepare one or two coffee specialties in cups or glasses, at the push of a button. The easy positioning of the cups makes it particularly suitable for use in self-service mode, as well as the large and clearly arranged preparation buttons.
    To adapt perfectly to the specific needs of each customer, coffee specialties can be repositioned on the initial screen. With its large water tank and retrofittable water connection kit, the X8 is suitable for both mobile use and fixed installation.

State-of-the-art technologies for perfect enjoyment

    The innovative AromaG3 grinder grinds the coffee beans to the right fineness, right before each preparation. It works with precision and is twice as fast as conventional grinders, preserving the flavors at the same time.
The pulse extraction process (P.Ep®) optimizes the extraction time for short specialties, such as ristretto, espresso, creating a real taste firework. The X8 has a height-adjustable double nozzle, which makes it possible to perfectly prepare specialties with milk or milk foam, thanks to the Fine Foam technology.
    All X8's control elements are placed on the front, easily identifiable and accessible. Even the water tank and grain container can be filled from the front. They have a locking mechanism as standard that allows them to be locked and thus protect them from external influences.
    Carefully and ergonomically designed, the drain tray and the waste container can be removed with one hand and can be emptied cleanly and quickly.
    The clarity of the order concept is evident in the order elements. The portrait TFT display and large and clear preparation keys make using the device child's play, even for beginners. The buttons (preparation or maintenance) can be locked to avoid manipulation errors, unwanted programming changes or accidental activation during maintenance operations.

Cafea de specialitate de la ferme sustenabile

La noi, povestea cafelei de specialitate începe cu o selecție riguroasă a boabelor, continuă cu un proces de prăjire realizat cu cea mai mare atenție și este susținută de un angajament neclintit pentru calitate. Alegem cu mare grijă boabele de cafea și colaborăm exclusiv cu ferme de mici dimensiuni, angajate în practici sustenabile, capabile să asigure o calitate constantă și superioară a cafelei.

Prăjirea cafelei: la tambur

Pentru a elabora profilele de prăjire, utilizăm un prăjitor de cafea de laborator, cu o capacitate de 0,5 kg, furnizat de BESCA ROASTERS. Acest echipament avansat ne permite să ajustăm și să monitorizăm cu precizie parametri esențiali precum temperatura, viteza de rotație a tamburului și fluxul de aer.

Când vine vorba de prăjirea loturilor mai ample, ne bazăm pe prăjitorul nostru de capacitate mare, de 10 kg, tot de la BESCA, recunoscut ca fiind unul dintre cele mai performante de pe piață. Cu tamburul său de dimensiuni superioare, acest prăjitor funcționează cu o viteză ușor mai redusă comparativ cu modelul de laborator, însă oferă o stabilitate termică remarcabilă în momentele de vârf ale procesului de prăjire. Această caracteristică asigură o prăjire mai uniformă și consecventă a loturilor mari, în urma stabilirii profilurilor de prăjire.
