FEDERICO ROJAS WORKED FOR TWO YEARS AT THE ACADEMY COSTARRICENSE DEL CAFÉ AS A BARISTA AND COFFEE ROASTER AND ALSO TEACHED COFFEE COURSES. This process has provided a wealth of experience that he applied to his new job at the Araya family farm. The farm belongs to Roberto and his family, where Federico manages the whole place, production and processes, including the wet mill and marketing. The Araya family trusts Federico's work and knowledge, that's why they put these wonderful coffees in his hands and managed to get the best results.
